• The Winter Gear Closet - no-cost access to skis, snowboards, boots, warm layers, backcountry gear, Nordic/XC gear, and more

• Lift Tickets + Trail Access - Alpine and Cross-Country

• Community Instruction - Ski, Snowboard, Backcountry, Uphill, Cross-Country, & more

• Educational Opportunities - Wilderness Medicine, Avalanche Education, Ski + Snowboard Instructor Certifications

• Community Events and Ski + Ride Meet-Ups

  Since our founding in 2020 we have; distributed over 1900 pieces of winter gear to BIPOC folks in Vermont, guided 288 people on snow, more than 450 attended our events, and collectively we’ve spent 1172 days skiing and riding at no-cost.

  Our programs reduce or eliminate the barriers to snowsports for BIPOC ‘vermonters’ while also creating a community for us to exist fully and authentically on snow. We bring together an often isolated community that shares the collective experience of “being the only one on the mountain” together in spaces where we are centered and celebrated.
